PROCESS FLOW OF ORDERING

1. User registers first time with mobile no for OTP confirmation

2. User will log in & find the Products to purchase

3. Selects whether product is common product or personalized product

4. If it is common product the order goes to Super Store (Admin)

   1. The order will be automatically forwarded by super admin to the Top Category Store let’s call it 5Star rating will be done depending on the % offered as commission by store to Home Shopper.

   2. If the order can be fulfilled, the store will confirm the order and a deliver boy will be assigned and the product will be picked & delivered to the user

   3. if it cannot be fulfilled by 5Star it will be automatically be forwarded to 4Star store and so on.

   4. If no one excepts the order the order will be cancelled and the user will be notified.

   5. When the Store Rejects an order we should let the store owner give the reason for rejection like:

►Out of Stock

►Store closed for the day

►Part order unavailable (Mention what is not available from the ordered item)

►Insufficient Quantity Available (Mention how much quantity is available)

1. If it is a personalized product it goes to specific store

   1. The order of personalized product from specific store will be forwarded to the specific store

   2. If the order can be fulfilled, the store will confirm the order and a deliver boy will be assigned and the product will be picked & delivered to the user

   3. When the Store Rejects an order the store owner will give the reason for rejection like:

►Out of Stock

►Store closed for the day

►Part order unavailable (Mention what is not available from the ordered item)

►Insufficient Quantity Available (Mention how much quantity is available)

1. Execution of order once the order is accepted by a store

   1. A notification will go to all the online delivery boys registered with Home Shopper

   2. The delivery boy who accepts the order will go to the store, pick the products & click picked button on the delivery boy app

   3. Once the Picked button is pressed, the admin & the user will be intimated that their order has been picked and is on the way to be delivered.

   4. Once the order is delivered, the delivery boy will get a OK signature on the app screen for the use to state that the product received is in proper condition.

   5. Once the order is handed over the Delivery boy will press Delivered button

   6. Once the delivery button is pressed, the user & the admin will be informed that the product is delivered as a confirmation.

2. Once the order is Confirmed Delivered the amount of the order will be outstanding payable by Home Shopper against the store from which the product was picked and at the same time in admin records against the order no which will e.g. DDMMYY/001

3. The commission amount of Home Shopper from the store will be deducted from the total bill amount and the balance amount will be paid to the Store at the account closing date.

4. In case of cancellation of order, the products will be returned to the store and cancelled mark will be put against that specific bill. There might be a case where part order is cancelled which has to be handled accordingly.

5. In case the product is returned to be exchanged no new invoice will be created, it will be executed in the same bill with a note of exchange.
